• Industry specific: being a graphic designer you need technical knowledge because all your work would be done on a computer, you need to know working procedures to be able to get your work or job done to the highest standard, health and safety knowledge is a must to be work with other and computers safety           

• General: skills required that would be needed are strong computer skill because everything will be done on the computer, a creative flair so you could come up with your own new ideas to share with customers, you need to be confident to be able to talk to new people and show them you know what you're doing, have people skills to get with other workers and customers, you need to have planning skills and be organised to be able to plan out all your work and be able to meet dead lines

• Attitudes: you need to be determined to be able to push yourself to get the work done and be able to say to people you know your idea is going to work, must be independent so you can do things on your own and work independently, tolerant to be able to listen to others ideas and be able to work with clients easily
